Job summary

Kings View Community Services, Inc. in Fresno, CA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) III. This full-time, non-exempt role provides person-centered supports and leads by example, mentoring teammates and implementing Individual Support Plans.

A high school diploma and CA driver license are required. Preferred candidates may have some college coursework and prior experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of direct support experience.
• Valid California Driver License.
• Ability to meet Community Care Licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement Individual Support Plans and provide direct support services.
• Facilitate learning experiences and mentor staff.
• Maintain documentation standards and collaborate with participants, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
