Job summary

Bancroft is seeking a Senior Direct Support Professional in Voorhees, NJ, to provide supportive care to individuals with autism and related disabilities. The role is non-exempt, full-time with a Wednesday–Saturday schedule, hourly rate $22.36–$22.81.

You will supervise direct care staff and coordinate program site activities, reporting to the Program Manager. A High School diploma is required; BA in Social Work or related field preferred; prior experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; BA in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience, or a minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in Bancroft.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others.
• Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.
