Job summary

Bancroft is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, hands-on care for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities at our Mt Laurel, NJ location. This in-person, full-time role offers an hourly rate of $19.19–$19.58 with incentives and weekend overnight shifts.

You will empower residents to develop daily living skills, implement personalized care plans, and collaborate with a caring team.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Weekend availability and a valid driver's license.
• Valid drivers license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Empower residents to develop skills for daily living.
• Encourage independence through personalized care plans.
• Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community.
• Join a supportive team that holds one another accountable.
• Communicate with residents, families, and guardians.
