Job summary

Bancroft seeks Direct Support Professionals in Voorhees, NJ to support children and teens in our Pediatric and Adolescent Residential Program. You’ll help them develop daily living skills, follow personalized plans, and participate in activities that foster independence.

Full-time, non-exempt, in-person roles with weekend shifts; multiple schedules including evenings and overnights. Driver’s license required; competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Are 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills.
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
