HomeServe is seeking a Senior Copy Strategist for its Norwalk, CT offices. The role crafts direct mail packages and other direct response materials, translating marketing goals into compelling consumer messages that drive acquisition and retention across HomeServe’s portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in direct response copywriting, a proven track record in direct mail, and strong collaboration skills. Flexible weeks of remote work are available within a full‑time hybrid schedule.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of direct response copywriting experience.
• Business-oriented mindset prioritizing business needs over personal preferences.
• A strong command of direct response methods, tactics and strategies.
• Proven track record of success in direct mail.
• Experience proofing work and ensuring output meet specifications.
• Collegial and collaborative personality across organizational levels.
• Experience in subscription and membership marketing is essential.

• Execute creative requests from marketing, strategy (B2C) and business development (B2B).
• Innovate messaging strategy for acquisition and retention campaigns reaching homeowners.
• Develop approaches that improve response rates and drive marketing impact.
• Translate marketing objectives into direct response creatives with strong response.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics to translate insights into messaging frameworks.
• Review briefs and distill information for a high volume of projects.
