Job summary

Manitowoc County is seeking a Meal Site Manager for the ADRC of the Lakeshore Nutrition Program to oversee dining site operations, coordinate meals, and supervise volunteers.

The role is part-time at 20 hours per week with hours from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include meal distribution coordination, volunteer training, record-keeping, and ensuring safety and compliance at the dining site.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and meal services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution of meals to dining site participants and home-delivered meal recipients.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise volunteers for home-delivered meals and kitchen duties.
• Maintain records such as meals served, donations, reservations, inventory, and daily temperatures.
• Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere for older adults and volunteers.
