Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements front of the house dining standards, procedures and service.
• Inputs charges for meals, special functions and other related charges.
• Coordinates scheduling of waitstaff and hosts/hostess.
• Ensures dining functions and events are implemented according to service standards.
• Performs duties for emergency drills and other emergencies as outlined in the Disaster Response Playbook.
