The Arcadia Family of Companies is seeking a friendly and professional Waitstaff member in Honolulu, HI. This full-time role focuses on providing outstanding dining experiences for residents and guests, with a consistent 12:00pm–8:00pm schedule and a six-month assignment that may extend based on needs.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, processing with the POS system, and ensuring health and safety standards are met while delivering courteous service in a compassionate

Qualifications

• High school graduate preferred.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Use of POS system and software applications to input and research data.

Responsibilities

• Greets all guests and takes beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
• Prepares food and beverages for service to residents and guests in compliance with health and safety regulations and presentation standards.
• Accurately enters orders into the POS system.
• Serves food and beverages to residents and guests with courteous, timely service and professional demeanor.
• Addresses residents’ concerns and requests in coordination with Supervisors and Managers.
