Qualifications

• Must be eighteen (18) years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses in food service/management preferred.
• Prefer one year of restaurant or similar supervisory experience.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise meal service to ensure resident satisfaction and consistency.
• Assist with resident meal service in all dining areas as needed.
• Ensure dining room POS system operates efficiently and train staff.
• Maintain proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Oversee cleaning/side work and assign dining room duties.
• Plan dining room setup and station coverage; manage bus tables.
