Southern Foodservice Management is seeking a Dining Services Manager to oversee a large-scale, seven-day operation. You will lead daily food production, service, and guest experience while upholding standards for safety, sanitation, and quality, in collaboration with the Executive Chef.

You’ll manage approximately 130 hourly staff across multiple shifts, drive cost control, scheduling, and training, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of foodservice management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience within institutional foodservice or another high-volume foodservice environment.
• Within the last three years, demonstrated experience successfully managing a large dining hall, campus dining facility, institutional foodservice operation, or full-service cafeteria.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the daily activities and overall operation of an assigned dining facility.
• Lead approximately 130 hourly employees and Assistant Managers within the operation.
• Recruit, interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and develop employees.
• Develop leadership skills of Assistant Managers and frontline supervisors with growth opportunities.
• Provide ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and corrective action per policies.
