Job summary

Westminster Communities Of Florida is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services to lead, coordinate and enhance the dining program for residents, staff and guests. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing the dining venues, ensuring quality meals and sanitation, and acting as interim director when needed.

The position requires a Certified Dietary Manager or college degree, plus 5 years of high-volume hospitality leadership.

Qualifications

• Education: Certified Dietary Manager or College Degree required; ServSafe certification or ability to become certified within 90 days.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and menu systems for forecasting and recipe creation.
• Experience: 5 years in high-volume, hospitality-oriented, customer-service environments with supervisory leadership.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and organize the dept to meet daily dietary needs.
• Oversee quality dining programs for residents, staff and guests.
• Ensure equipment operation and preventive maintenance; implement sanitation guidelines.
• Lead training and in-service compliance, including ServSafe and 5 Star Server.
• Supervise purchasing, inventories and daily dining service quality.
