Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Dining Services Manager to lead our campus dining operations in Westlake, OH. The role focuses on managing daily dining services, supervising staff, and ensuring top quality resident meals in a senior living environment.

You will train and mentor team members, coordinate events, and uphold safety and service standards to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience required.
• Minimum 3 years related to Fine Dining experience in a continuous care retirement community, hospital, or similar facility preferred.
• Must possess a customer service background and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the campus dining areas and kitchen on all floors, including training and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and facility rules and safe food handling standards.
• Establish inventory par levels for dining areas and equipment.
• Assist in planning and supervising special events and coordinate billing.
• Monitor programs to ensure on-time delivery and resident satisfaction; gather feedback on meals and service.
• Develop strategies to improve dining quality and instill elegant dining for residents.
• Manage servers, including training, performance and scheduling.
