Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services to oversee Canton, GA dining operations in a hands‑on leadership role. You will manage the team, client relationships, food quality, and financial performance, with relocation to the area required.

Leading day‑to‑day operations, you will ensure high‑quality service, responsible budgeting, safety, and continuous improvement across purchasing, inventory, and maintenance while driving client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least five years of proven leadership experience and two to four years managing foodservice operations.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
• The ability to lead people, manage client expectations, and take ownership of results.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day foodservice operations and develop a strong team.
• Build trusted relationships with the client and other departments.
• Deliver high‑quality food and service while managing the budget.
