Flik Hospitality, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services to oversee multiple K-12 accounts. You will lead diverse teams, drive performance, ensure compliance with USDA meal programs, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic education environment.

You will own the financial results for the accounts, guide budgeting and forecasting, and collaborate with safety, marketing and culinary professionals to raise the bar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of management experience in foodservice.
• Experience in K-12 foodservice preferred.
• Strong leadership and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and inspires teams across large accounts to deliver top-tier service.
• Builds client relationships and achieves KPIs such as profitability and safety.
• Participates in district leadership and shares best practices.
• Ensures risk/reward decisions with input from team.
• Champions safety, education, and accountability.
• Represents the brand in district and community events.
• Manages account renewals, cross-sell opportunities, and rebid support.
• Supports safety, marketing, nutrition, and culinary functions.
• Ensures compliance with policies and audits.
• Oversees reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Develops talent and succession planning within accounts.
• Owns financial results for the account.
