Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in food service.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Follow state food-handling and kitchen regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist residents during dining.
• Lead pre-shift meetings for the team.
• Act as point of contact for dining concerns and resolve issues.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Support staff with special meal requirements or events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety procedures.
• Record temperatures of cooler, freezer and dish machine.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
