Job summary

StoryPoint is seeking a Lead Server for full-time, evening-focused shifts at our senior living communities. Lead with energy to supervise dining room staff, ensure courteous service, and maintain high production and quality standards for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include scheduling, greeting guests, arranging dining services, and coordinating with the Restaurant Manager to resolve issues. A strong background in fine dining and customer care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Experience communicating with groups and customers in a dining setting.
