Regency Coupeville is seeking a dietary aide to assist in the dining room, preparing food for residents and filling requests. You will plate meals, wash and sanitize dishes, and maintain infection control standards in a supportive, home-like setting.

You will interact with residents, families, volunteers, and staff, providing compassionate service and helping uphold dignity, privacy, independence, and choice for residents.

Competenze

• Must obtain Food Handler’s card.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Lift and move up to 40 pounds.
• Show compassion and interest in working with the senior population.
• Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
