Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of various kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Reads and follows menus and production orders.
• Reads, writes, and speaks English.
• Maintains current food handler’s card and health requirements.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Come to work reliably and on time.
• Read production orders on menu cards to prepare items.
• Place food servings on plates/trays according to diet lists.
• Relate with residents and assist as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized dining station and dining area.
• Assist with setup and cleaning of dining spaces.
• Deliver prompt and courteous service.
• Attend trainings and stay current on tasks.
