Job summary

Kinly, a leading AV and unified communications integrator, seeks a Digital Workplace Service Manager in Chicago. You will own the client account, drive service initiatives, and ensure profitability across projects and services while guiding cross-functional teams and vendor partners.

You will interact with IT managers and executives to align technology roadmaps with business goals, oversee lifecycle delivery, and maintain strong customer relations for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

Experience leading professional services and managed services engagements.
Ability to interact with VP-level executives and key account stakeholders.
Proven track record in delivering IT-enabled collaboration solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain executive relationships with customers and executives.
Drive service initiatives, governance, and program profitability.
Lead strategic account plans with the Account Manager and present governance meetings.
Ensure QBRs, growth opportunities, and profitability targets are met.
Oversee deployment of Webex, Teams, and related collaboration solutions.
