Job summary

Kinly is seeking a Digital Workplace Service Manager in Chicago to own the assigned client account, lead governance, and drive profitability across projects and services. You will build executive relationships, guide strategic plans, and coordinate with vendors to deliver secure and flexible meeting experiences using Webex and Microsoft Teams solutions.

Experience with P&L, contract adherence, and translating client needs into actionable roadmaps is essential; collaborate across teams to improve

Qualifications

Experience in professional services and managed services.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-thread projects.
Strong knowledge of performance metrics (SLA/SLO) and reporting.
Ability to interact with VP-level executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain executive level relationships with customers and executives.
Act as single point of contact and drive service initiatives, governance, and profitability.
Lead strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews.
Coordinate with Account Manager on governance meetings and growth opportunities.
Ensure contract adherence and overall accountability for projects and services.
Provide input to project managers during project lifecycles.
