Qualifications

• BS/BA in science, engineering or business administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 10+ years of digital project management experience and 5+ years in the medical device industry.
• 5+ years leading medical device enterprise software with strong Quality System awareness.
• 5+ years managing enterprise system implementation teams or vendors.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and PM methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate cross-functional activities in line with company processes and QMS standards.
• Lead multiple parallel projects with matrixed governance.
• Oversee digital transformation projects from problem statement to value realization.
• Publish dashboards and reports communicating progress and risk.
• Mentor other Project Managers within the group.
• Develop reusable materials to improve delivery and change management.
