You will partner with engineering, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams to align strategy, manage resources, and deliver milestones while applying Design Control principles and MDR/ISO requirements. Qualifications

• BS/BA in science, engineering or business administration or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of medical device experience with at least 7 years in project management.
• Experience with QSR 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485 and MDR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all cross-functional activities within the project and product lifecycle.
• Plan, risk-manage, and execute multiple parallel projects with diverse teams.
• Establish project strategy and maintain organizational alignment across functions.
• Oversee all phases from Feasibility to Market Release with Design Control principles.
• Publish dashboards and communicate progress, risk, and achievements.
• Mentor other Project Managers and lead complex NPD programs.
