Qualifications

• BS/BA in science, engineering or business administration or equivalent.
• 10+ years of digital project management experience in medical devices.
• 5+ years leading enterprise software with QMS requirements.
• 5+ years managing enterprise system implementations or vendors.
• PM training or certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional digital project delivery across the company.
• Plan, risk-manage, and execute digital transformation initiatives.
• Publish dashboards and status updates on project progress.
• Mentor other Project Managers and improve delivery tools.
