Job summary

Sony Corporation of America seeks a Senior Program Manager to join the Digital Transformation Office, based in San Diego or Los Angeles. You will lead end-to-end programs, translating strategy into measurable outcomes across global business units.

You will orchestrate cross-functional leadership, governance, and delivery excellence at scale, focusing on value realization and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive program management experience.
• PMO experience at a top tech organization.
• Experience in AI initiatives, cloud, data, commerce or identity management preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional, cross-regional programs.
• Experience with senior executives and steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program leadership across multiple business units and regions.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, investments and execution plans.
• Drive initiatives transforming customer experience, data capabilities and operations.
• Ensure programs deliver measurable business outcomes (revenue, cost, speed).
• Establish governance forums and executive-level alignment.
