New Wave People seeks a senior Transformation Leader to drive IT process improvements and transformational initiatives across a large organization. You will partner with leadership to formalize procedures, optimize business processes, and deliver measurable efficiency gains.

The role demands strong change management, analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience with large IT programs. Hybrid work mix is available, with an emphasis on collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred.
• LEAN certification / Six Sigma training or comparable required.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities and quantitative skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders across all levels of a large organization.
• Experience with project management and work plan development.
• Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, track/monitor, and implement transformational initiatives with leadership.
• Identify IT process improvements and address bottlenecks.
• Improve operational efficiency and streamline procedures and business processes.
• Prepare and present business cases, findings, benefits and recommendations for transformational needs.
• Compile and track departmental priorities and report progress to leadership.
