Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with strong PM background.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience focusing on digital transformation.
• Strong expertise in agile practices: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Proven ROI-focused Benefits Management experience.
• Solid understanding of Configuration management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of multiple digital projects from inception to delivery.
• Implement and champion Agility core practices across teams.
• Supervise Benefits Management and track ROI.
• Drive Configuration management and asset control.
• Collaborate with data architects/engineers on data design and data management.
• Apply Design Thinking to understand user needs and develop solutions.
• Lead Digital Innovation initiatives and modern technologies adoption.
• Manage Digital Product Management lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Mentor and empower team members; foster collaboration.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and cross-stakeholder communication.
• Influence senior leadership to gain buy-in and navigate organizational dynamics.
• Lead organizational change initiatives for smooth transitions.
• Involve in Portfolio Management: prioritization, resource allocation, risk management.
• Oversee Software Design/Development lifecycles and System Design considerations.
