Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant Experience in IT/OT environments.
Experience leading complex digital initiatives in refining, manufacturing, industrial, or operational technology environments is preferred.
Experience with Data Contextualization or Industrial Digital Twin technologies is preferred.
Understanding IT/OT convergence and integrating systems across industrial and enterprise environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the identification, evaluation, and delivery of strategic digital initiatives that create measurable business value across Refining locations and processes.
Lead improvement recommendations and present effectively to senior and executive management and global teams; act as a trusted advisor and shape the digital roadmap.
Present and lead client meetings with the business and development teams; align technology investments with business objectives and priorities across IT and OT landscapes.
Provide recommendations for appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
Partner with business teams to develop ways to investigate business performance and other measures to drive insight and planning.
Lead cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems to aid management in decision making.
