You will work with Grade Control, Payload, Cat Command, Detect/Safety systems, and related machine-based inquiries to ensure effective support coverage. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, troubleshooting, risk assessment, and coordinating with internal teams to improve products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience with documenting and knowledge sharing.
• Experience with Earthmoving and Heavy Equipment technology including Grade Control and Payload.
• Experience with Detect & Safety Systems and Cat Command.

Responsibilities

• Supports technical tasks related to business processes and applications.
• Assists in gathering and analyzing business requirements and identifying technical gaps.
• Participates in troubleshooting activities, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Follows defined processes for risk assessment, corrective actions, and quality checks.
