Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Peoria, IL seeks a technology-focused professional to support identification, investigation, monitoring, and resolution of customer issues across Construction Industries products such as Grade Control, Payload, Cat Command, and Detect/Safety systems.

You will gather requirements, analyze gaps, troubleshoot with cross-functional teams, and stay current on product updates to ensure effective support coverage and strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience with documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Experience with Earthmoving and Heavy Equipment technology which includes Grade Control (2D/3D) and Payload.
• Experience with CRM tools with Salesforce or MS Dynamics preferred

Job Summary

Considerations For Top Candidates

• Experience with documentation and knowledge sharing
• Experience with Earthmoving and Heavy Equipment technology which includes Grade Control (2D/3D) and Payload
• Experience with Detect & Security Systems
• Cat Command, Product Link, VisionLink, as well as technical knowledge of Cat machines, engines and generators
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand machine systems, components, and operational behavior is preferred
• Experience with CRM tools with Salesforce or MS Dynamics preferred

Summary Pay Range

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
