Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Tech to support photographers and the on-set workflow, ensuring high-quality capture, color accuracy, and timely asset delivery across Williams Sonoma Home and Williams Sonoma brands.

You will collaborate with the Photographers, Stylists, and Retouching teams, perform initial color-corrected retouching, and stay current with industry trends and new technologies. This full-time role requires on-site work in Richmond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Digital Tech in commercial or studio settings.
• Expertise with Capture One; formal camera system training a plus.
• Proficient with MacOS and Photoshop; Bridge and InDesign skills helpful.
• Strong communication across diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with photo studio tools, lighting, and color management.
• Experience with Workfront, Airtable, Capture Fox and DAM systems is a plus.
• Experience with generative AI is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-set image capture workflows, tethered shooting, and file delivery.
• Collaborate with Photographer and Art Director to match creative direction.
• Perform initial retouching, plate merging, and color adjustments as needed.
• Liaise between Photo, Retouching and Asset Production teams on schedules.
• Support in-house Retouching team with product/editorial edits when possible.
• Stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies.
• Transport gear, lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
