Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Senior Designer to conceptualize and execute design strategies across digital and print channels, including landing pages, emails, catalogs, and social media.

You will partner with our VP of Photography and Creative Directors to develop inspiring mockups and ensure assets are flawlessly captured on set. Responsibilities include creating cohesive design concepts, managing shot lists, and supporting collaboration and seasonal holiday projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design or art direction.
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, and photography.
• Passion for interior design, photography, and visual storytelling.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficient in digital and print design; understands production processes.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• On-site in SF 50% of time and Richmond 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Design Concept Development: create mood boards and concepts for digital landing pages, emails, catalogs and social media.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive designs aligned with brand aesthetic.
• Create and deliver asset creation for print and digital materials across channels.
• Develop shot lists for marketing images and product photography for collaborations and seasonal projects.
• Provide on-set support for photo/video shoots, guiding visuals and ensuring asset quality.
• Support Creative Director in evolving concepts from initial stages to final execution.
