Avangrid, a member of the Iberdrola Group, seeks a Senior Digital Product Owner within the Digital Product Strategy team to lead high-impact digital products like Payments & Collections and CSAT experiences, driving adoption and customer satisfaction across multiple states.

The role defines product vision, prioritizes backlogs, collaborates with Marketing, Product, CLM and Customer Care, and helps shape enterprise-wide digital strategy in a growing renewables-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a Technology or Digital field plus 7-10 years of experience in a Digital Retail environment.
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital solutions that provide actionable insights into customer behaviour, usage trends, costs, or other data-driven experiences.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and customer requirements of the product set.
• Deliver competitive advantage through innovative design and digital propositions.
• Lead delivery of mobile/web projects and enhancements that improve customer experience.
• Engage with Marketing, Product, CLM, and Customer Care to incorporate requirements into product planning.
