You will translate insights into actionable strategies, lead workshops, collaborate with creative, data, technology teams, support business development, and develop new offerings for evolving market needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, agency, or strategy roles focused on marketing, brand, growth, digital transformation, or customer experience.
• Strong understanding of business growth, marketing strategy, customer experience, strategic planning, and digital transformation.
• Ability to connect consumer behavior, culture, technology, and brand strategy to develop creative business solutions.
• Familiarity with marketing and CX technologies such as CRM, CDP, and CX platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on marketing, brand, customer experience, growth, and digital transformation strategies.
• Develop innovative approaches to marketing and customer experience, incorporating emerging technologies such as GenAI and agentic AI.
• Translate consumer, market, cultural, and competitive insights into actionable strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
• Lead collaborative workshops using design thinking and change-management techniques to develop innovative ideas and align stakeholders.
• Advise clients on digital and emerging technologies, including GenAI and agentic AI, to enhance customer experiences and business capabilities.
• Partner with creative, design, data, technology, and content teams to translate strategy into integrated execution plans.
• Support business development initiatives, consulting proposals, and growth opportunities across marketing, experience, and digital transformation.
• Develop new consulting methodologies and offerings to address evolving market and client needs.
