Qualifications

• 7+ years in consultancy or agency delivering services within digital business or brand strategy, growth strategy or related domains.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, management or relevant domain; master’s desirable.
• Experience with GenAI and agentic approaches in consulting and branding is valued.

Responsibilities

• Shape marketing and customer experience strategies to accelerate growth, using research, segmentation, briefs, personas, journeys, roadmaps and business cases.
• Generate insights across consumer, culture, customer, category and competition to inform strategic narratives.
• Conduct brand, marketing and experience audits to identify gaps and opportunities, benchmarking against best practices.
• Facilitate workshops to generate big ideas using design thinking and stakeholder collaboration.
• Advise brands on digital technologies, including GenAI, to deepen engagement and empower teams.
• Collaborate with creative, data, content and tech teams to translate strategy into execution.
• Support strategic pursuits in Interactive Strategy focusing on marketing, experience, growth and digital brand transformation.
• Develop and advance offerings to meet emerging market demand in growth and experience strategy.
