The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Digital Strategy & Experience Program Management Specialist to lead the development and implementation of strategic digital initiatives across Seattle, WA or Miami, FL. In this senior role you will guide cross-functional teams, shaping a comprehensive digital strategy and delivering seamless customer experiences throughout the journey.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or user experience design, with strong technical PM emphasis.
Proven track record leading digital transformation projects in a technical environment.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights to actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

Oversee development and execution of high-impact digital strategies that align with goals and enhance customer engagement.
Drive data-driven strategies and AI solutions to improve performance and innovation.
Manage complex technical projects using Agile/Scrum to ensure timely delivery within budget.
Collaborate with IT, engineering, marketing, and operations to align digital initiatives.
Champion human-centered design to ensure solutions meet customer needs.
Analyze customer feedback, data, and trends to guide strategic decisions and improvements.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
