Show+Tell is seeking a Senior Digital Signage Operations Specialist to manage content programming, dynamic ad swaps, and schedule updates on an on-call basis. This role requires hands-on CMS experience (Scala, BrightSign, Broadsign, or Sedna) and the ability to respond within 60 minutes during the coverage window.

The position is an Independent Contractor (1099) with a US-based remote work setup, Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM ET coverage, a retainer of $1,100/week, and overtime rates of $110/hour

Formación

• Hands-on experience scheduling and deploying video content in at least one professional digital signage CMS.
• Sedna experience is a strong plus and trained Scala/BrightSign/Broadsign operators are welcomed.
• Availability during the coverage window with a laptop and high-speed internet to execute updates within 60 minutes.
• Deep knowledge of digital video codecs, LED display mapping, and ad trafficking workflows.
• Sharp attention to detail; errors on high-visibility displays are seen instantly.

Responsabilidades

• Ingest, audit, and push assets live to flagship exterior displays using the CMS.
• Program playlists, loop structures, and dynamic content triggers inside the CMS.
• Verify media specs (H.264/H.265, pixel maps, frame rates, aspect ratios) before going live.
• Respond to playout alerts and coordinate with on-site AV engineers for hardware issues.
