Responsibilities include reviewing SOWs, NDAs/ MSAs, and renewals; improving VIDA intake processes; and ensuring governance with cross-functional partners. This is an onsite role with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in negotiating to achieve win-win outcomes and analytical problem solving.
• Proven ability to plan, estimate, staff, organize and monitor large projects.

Responsibilities

• Administers contracts and reviews vendor agreements for compliance and scope.
• Manages vendor intake and VMO project flow, tracking status, risks and escalations.
• Supports governance by maintaining visibility into engagements, renewals and performance.
