Qualifications

• Experience negotiating complex contracts and SOWs.
• Ability to manage vendor intake, milestones and risk.
• Customer- or client-facing collaboration experience.
• Familiarity with governance, compliance and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business partners, Purchasing, Legal, Finance and suppliers to resolve intake issues.
• Develop and optimize VMO workflows, VIDA intake processes and approval templates.
• Review SOWs, NDAs, MSAs for completeness and governance.
