Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Digital Adoption Representative in Cat Digital within the Digital Adoption and Customer Success team to empower our dealer network with cutting-edge technology and drive measurable impact.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of digital tools, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth across the Southern US dealers. Relocation and >50% travel to CAT dealerships are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to guide clients with technical or business guidance.
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
• Understanding of effective communication concepts and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Governs dealer execution of Digital initiatives to support growth and drives adoption of new technology.
• Enables revenue growth by expanding connected assets and e-commerce adoption.
• Supports dealers by advising on project prioritization and resource allocation.
• Leads process improvements in data management, platform deployment, and technology adoption.
• Supports development and execution of internal/external adoption and communication strategies for new products and platforms.
• Supports two dealers in the Southern US District.
