Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to help design, build, test, and deploy digital quality solutions for regulated environments. The role connects QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable technology across LIMS, eQMS/QMS, MES, and ERP systems.

You will contribute across the delivery lifecycle from assessments to validation and stabilization, partnering with quality and validation teams to ensure GxP compliance and data integrity. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, quality, engineering, information systems or related field.
• At least 3 years in Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or digital QMS environments.
• Experience with regulated environments (pharma/biotech/medical devices) preferred.
• Delivery artifacts such as requirements, process maps, data mappings, or test scripts.

Aufgaben

• Assess quality and lab workflows, user needs, and data interfaces through interviews and reviews.
• Document flows, requirements, data mappings, and acceptance criteria for digital quality solutions.
• Support design/implementation of quality processes across deviations, CAPA, change control, and audits.
• Configure digital-quality workflows and integrate with LIMS, eQMS/QMS, MES, ERP.
• Develop data models and mappings linking quality events to products, materials, and processes.
• Collaborate on API interfaces, lab connectivity, and secure data movement across systems.
• Prepare functional/integration test scripts and maintain traceability to requirements and risks.
• Assist deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear documentation.
