Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality to help connect QA/QC, laboratory, and manufacturing needs with deployable technology. You will contribute across the delivery lifecycle, from assessments to validation and stabilization, collaborating with QA, QC, IT, and business teams.

You will own deliverables, drive quality data integration, and support AI-enabled quality workflows with proper governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 3 years of Life Sciences quality, QA/QC, or related experience.
• Experience with regulated environments (pharma/medical devices).
• Experience delivering requirements, test scripts, validation evidence, or deployment materials.
• Willingness to travel 80-100%.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality and laboratory workflows, user needs, system interfaces, and data review.
• Document process maps, user stories, functional requirements, and data mappings for digital quality solutions.
• Support design and implementation of quality-domain capabilities across deviations, CAPA, change control, and recalls.
• Design and improve digital-quality workflows using eQMS/QMS platforms.
• Connect QA/QC and laboratory processes across LIMS, eQMS/QMS, MES, ERP, and other systems.
• Develop data models, source-to-target mappings, and data-quality rules.
• Collaborate with architects on interfaces, APIs, and data movement.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration test scripts with traceability.
• Support deployment readiness, training, and handover with clear documentation.
• Partner with client teams on GxP/compliance documentation and audits.
• Contextualize data to identify trends and support quality decisions.
• Contribute to governed AI applications for Quality with human-in-the-loop governance.
