Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Senior Digital Program Manager to lead strategic digital initiatives across our enterprise. This high-impact role blends execution excellence with governance and emerging technologies, collaborating with technology, product, and business teams.

You will operate at the intersection of program governance and hybrid execution, driving complex, multi-workstream programs and partnering with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant work experience accepted.
• 12+ years of progressive program and project management leading digital/technology programs.
• Experience in a $1B+ enterprise with digital transformation, ERP, or data/analytics exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of the organization’s most critical digital programs and projects with cross-functional teams.
• Build and manage integrated plans, schedules, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
• Identify risks early and drive resolution to avoid blockers.
• Serve as the accountable owner for scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
• Facilitate executive steering and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure value delivery.
• Define success metrics and hold teams and partners accountable.
• Adapt across waterfall, agile, scrum, kanban, and emergent structures.
• Evolve program management practices and governance across the enterprise.
• Lead AI and automation adoption to reduce manual effort and scale reporting.
