Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Senior Digital Program Manager to drive strategic digital initiatives across the enterprise. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with influence, delivering complex, multi-workstream programs from concept to completion.

The position supports the Commerce group under Technology Services and offers a hybrid work schedule (in-office and/or show site 2–3 days per week). Base location can be Dallas, Chicago, or Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of program and project management experience leading digital or transformation programs.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in $1B+ enterprise settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the organization’s digital programs with cross-functional teams.
• Build integrated plans, schedules, and budgets across workstreams.
• Identify risks and drive resolutions early.
• Be accountable for scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes.
• Facilitate executive steering and provide status updates.
• Lead vendor and partner relationships to ensure value delivery.
• Define success metrics and ensure teams meet them.
• Adapt governance and delivery frameworks as needed.
