Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a QA Automation Test Engineer to ensure quality and performance of digital products in a SaaS environment. This role works within an Agile product team and builds automated testing solutions to enable fast feedback and reliable deployments.

Based in Reading, PA, this office-first position requires strong collaboration with product managers and engineers to shift-left quality and improve testability across UI, API, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS, engineering or IS.
• 4+ years in QA automation or SDET roles within digital or SaaS environments.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test frameworks across UI, API and integration.
• Proficiency in at least one test automation language (Java, JavaScript, Python).
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and integration.
• Ensure test coverage across web, mobile, and platform environments.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria.
• Drive shift-left quality and support release readiness.
