Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Digital Production Artist in Chicago to lead all aspects of creative production, project management, and automation. You will work with Art Directors, Motion Designers, Developers, and Account Managers to deliver work quickly and ensure it aligns with client goals.

The role requires deep proficiency in creative tools, production pipelines, and a keen eye for design, with the ability to drive efficiencies and elevate quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading digital design and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and project management skills.
• Expert in Digital Image processing (cropping, manipulation, retouching).
• Understanding of resolution/dpi, raster vs. vector, font management, and file weight.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere); advanced motion graphics.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and account managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level team members, ensuring brand consistency across deliverables.
• Interact with designers, developers, account managers, and engineers to optimize and deliver assets to spec.
• Elevate the Creative on accounts by optimizing, automating, and advancing creative workflows.
• Define and refine agency-wide creative processes, production workflows, and standards.
• Lead efficiencies for new and existing business with account teams to drive scale and automation.
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks across the Production team with clear directions and attention to detail.
