Job summary

Epsilon seeks a Senior Art Director to own the creative vision and drive digital-first brand experiences across web, mobile, audio, and video. You’ll translate complex client goals into bold, performance-driven design strategies and mentor a multidisciplinary team.

In this client-facing, leadership role you’ll guide cross-functional partners, shape production pipelines, and elevate work from concept through final delivery while delivering measurable impact for key accounts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading digital design and multi-channel campaigns in agency or in-house settings.
• Proven ability to connect creative concepts to business objectives and performance metrics.
• Strong ability to translate briefs into engaging, personalized brand experiences.
• Excellent leadership, organization and project management with track record of delivering from strategy to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level creative team members while maintaining brand consistency.
• Own executive and client relationships as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Define and refine agency-wide creative processes, workflows and production pipelines.
• Lead creative direction for new business pitches and drive growth with account teams.
• Translate data analytics into strategic creative iterations driving performance.
• Bridge design and tech by integrating DCO and ad tech into daily workflows.
