Responsibilities
- Develop and own the platform and cross-enterprise experiences backlog.
- Translate product vision into deliverables and manage backlog with rigor.
- Lead a scrum team toward objectives and results.
- Apply design thinking and data-driven decision making.
- Frame challenges as solvable problems through collaboration.
- Drive business impact with actionable recommendations from analytics.
- Build relationships across teams to deliver shared outcomes.
- Lead discovery for client experience requirements and stakeholder consensus.
- Collaborate to determine technical feasibility and sequencing.
- Generate innovative ideas from market analytics and stakeholder input.
- Champion Agile practices in stand-ups, planning, backlog, demos.
