NBC Universal in Orlando seeks a Manager, Digital Product Owner to lead our digital product initiatives across guest and team member experiences, including mobile and web apps.

You will partner with UX/UI, define features, manage the product backlog, and guide delivery from strategy to deployment in an agile environment. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, collaboration, and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 7+ years in Product Management or related fields.
• Experience managing digital experiences for consumer websites or mobile apps.
• Experience with large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
• Ability to define a customer journey and digital product roadmap.
• Product backlog management including feature definition and sprint planning.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, collaborative project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define product strategy and lifecycle across onsite Guest and Team Member experiences.
• Collaborate with UX/UI to shape interactions based on feature requirements.
• Groom product backlog and document user stories for development.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment with roadmap.
• Validate product throughout development and measure success of enhancements.
• Coordinate delivery timelines with partners and ensure integration points.
