Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital product management or related roles.
• Proven ability to define strategy and roadmaps for multiple products.
• Strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, roadmaps, and execution for IA and SV capabilities on C3, focusing on Sales experiences.
• Lead cross‑functional product teams with Product, Distribution, Operations, and Experience Design.
• Mentor Digital Product Managers and navigate tradeoffs across product, platform, and migration initiatives.
• Engage customers to validate concepts and inform backlog investments.
• Define KPIs to measure success and inform overall product strategy.
