Job summary

Good co India is seeking a senior digital product manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of our web, mobile, and SaaS offerings. You will translate customer insights into PRDs, collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and relentlessly prioritise features that maximize value and feasibility.

You will lead data-driven decisions using KPIs, perform market research and A/B testing, and champion go-to-market plans to maximize adoption and revenue across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping digital product strategy and roadmaps.
• Ability to translate user needs into PRDs and stories.
• Proven track record with web/mobile/SaaS products.
• Familiarity with analytics and growth metrics.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital product vision and roadmap.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews for opportunities.
• Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Prioritize backlogs and balance value, impact, and feasibility.
• Analyze KPIs and dashboards to drive decisions.
• Plan A/B tests and usability studies to improve metrics.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and adoption plans.
• Monitor acquisition, activation, retention, churn, and revenue.
• Coordinate releases and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, performance, and security.
• Gather feedback and refine features for outcomes.
• Present performance and roadmap updates to senior management.
